We Hated Traditional IWB Carry

Appendix and in-the-waistband carry slowed us down and boxed in our wardrobe. Hot spots, printing, seatbelt interference, hard with kids, and constant readjusting. It wasn’t confidence, it was compromise. We wanted secure, fast, and low-profile carry without living in tactical pants.

We Searched Every Off-Body Option

Chest rigs felt loud. Fanny packs looked like fanny packs. Messenger bags were too floppy and slow. Nothing gave us a clean silhouette with a true, quick ambidextrous draw and a layout that respected EDC.

So We Built What We Wanted to Carry

• 1000D Cordura® shell, YKK® zippers, and a full metal Cobra® buckle — zero weak links.
• Low-vis, minimalist aesthetic that disappears in urban settings and dresses up clean.
• Smart interior for med, tools, wallet, and tech — with modular expansion points when you need more.
• Ergonomics first: contoured strap, balanced weight, fast on-body transitions (front, back, cross-draw).

The Process

1. Interviews & field use — range days, quick runs, travel, and vehicle carry to map real-world friction.
2. Paper → foam → sew — dozens of mockups to nail pocket geometry and draw paths.
3. Material trials — abrasion, water, and hardware stress testing for silent, reliable operation.
4. Iteration loops — micro-adjustments to zipper arcs, puller length, and buckle placement for speed under stress.
