Processing Times

• eGiftcardsAll eGiftCards will be delivered within 24 hours virtually, via email to the recipients email address. 

• All Physical Items:
  All other products require 1-2 business days for fulfillment before they ship.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Standard delivery time is 4–5 business days on average for domestic shipments. International shipment times vary based upon carrier. 

Order Tracking

When your order is released to the carrier, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
You can track your package through UPS/USPS or FedEx or by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Returns are free within the U.S. if initiated within 14 days of the ship date. — we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for a simple, hassle-free experience.

International Orders

• All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

• Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, and customs fees.

• If these charges are refused and the package is returned or abandoned, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
