How the Shook.City eGift Card Works

How is the digital gift card delivered?
Once your order is processed, a unique eGift card with its own redemption code is instantly generated. The system automatically emails it to the recipient.

When will the recipient receive it?
If you choose “Send Now,” the card is typically delivered within minutes, but always within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Can I return or exchange an eGift card?
Unfortunately, no. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by applicable state law.

Can the card be used for more than one order?
Yes. Any unused balance remains on the card for future purchases, and you may combine a gift card with another payment method at checkout.

Is there a limit to how many cards I can buy?
